Authentication

In order to integrate with VMware Workspace One Intelligence, you will first need to configure, and securely store the authentication credentials for the VMware Workspace One Intelligence account/s you want to use with the Hornbill platform.

VMware Workspace One Intelligence requires a Service Account to be created, that can then be used by these Hornbill integration operations. See the account creation documentation for more information on creating these.

You can store your VMware Workspace One Intelligence account authentication in KeySafe, as below.

Storing Credentials

  • Optionally add a description
  • Populate the Region field with the region ID where your VMware Workspace One Intelligence account is hosted. This can be found in the VMware Workspace One Intelligence URL
  • Populate the Client ID and Client Secret values as generated above
