Authentication
In order to integrate with Notion, you need to go through the oAuth2 process.
Storing Credentials
Configure your Notion account authentication in KeySafe in order to use the Notion options.
In the admin console > System > Security > KeySafe
- In Administration, navigate to System > Security > KeySafe;
- Click on + and select Notion
- Give the API Key a title (this is the name/identifier for the Notion account as you will see it when using the Integration Call node in your business process)
- Optionally add a description
- Save the new key
- Then hit connect and follow the oAuth flow allowing access to the pages/databases you would like Hornbill to access
Revoking Access
If at any point you wish to revoke the Hornbill platform's access to Notion, just delete the Notion Keysafe key or hit Revoke access.
NOTE: This will revoke the rights of any existing Notion Integration Calls in your Business Processes/Custom Buttons/Auto Tasks/Runbooks that are using the revoked Notion account, so you will need to edit these accordingly.
