A Contact is a type of user that does not Collaborate within Hornbill as a [[What_are_Co-Workers? | Co-worker]] would be able to but you can choose to allow them access to certain resources. A contact could be a non-collaborating person in your organisation, or an individual in one of your customer’s [[What_are_Organisations? |organisations]].
