==Summary not being populated in emails==
Over time as emails are sent and received from and to customers, the numbers tend to build up to large quantities. It makes it hard to search for emails sent in a particular year the more emails there are.

This issue occurs when the BPM’s Email Customer Node is triggered before the summary is populated on the call. To avoid this either amend the BPM configuration to have the email node after the summary is updated or amend the template to display the summary or not using ESP variables - a new functionality introduced recently and explained in more detail on our wiki:

In Hornbill, if there are several emails in a mailbox, you first view a few emails when you click on a mailbox but have to keep scrolling to see older emails. There is no current setting to enable auto archiving of emails.
 
  
To get round this, it is advisable to create sub folders so that emails are moved from the Primary Inbox Folder, into individual subdirectories labelled by their months.

Therefore, even though you would still have an issue with scrolling down taking time but at least they would be sorted according to months
