My Profile

Every Co-Worker has a profile. A profile contains information about you and your individual preferences for using Hornbill. Such information includes:-
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- A picture of that person
- What language you would like to translate things to
Usually some basic information is created centrally and then you can amend as needed. Each profile also has a workspace called My Buzz where you can post updates. Other Co-workers can follow you and receive these updates as notifications. They can do this using the My profiles option within Collaboration.
