Introduction

Hornbill's IT Operations Management (ITOM) includes administrative processes and support for software and hardware that allow you to execute routine tasks to support and control the IT services and IT infrastructure.

Hornbill ITOM is based around a number of key components of which are hosted within the Hornbill cloud. This includes Site Integration Services, Inventory Manager, Job Queue, Job Scheduling, Installed Packages, Runbooks, and a Package Creator.
