Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Hornbill’s Governance ensures at all times it operates as a good corporate citizen with rigorous ethical, professional and legal standards. All groups and individuals which Hornbill has a business relationship will be treated in a fair, open, and respectful manner. Our Governance ensures we operate in accordance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) best practice across our supply chain, employment, and our customers procurement policies. Our CSR activities are balanced across Social, Economic and Environmental actions. We work with several Not-for-Profit Organisations and Charities such as the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.

Minimising our impact on the environment we have formal incentives for employees to cycle to work, encourage remote working and actively recruit interns, train, develop into subject matter experts and embrace as part of the Hornbill family. Our out-reach into the local community is standard practice and most recently have gifted several laptops to a local school to help foster social inclusion which help our commitment towards social inclusion and repurposing of IT equipment.
