A Contact is a type of user that does not Collaborate within Hornbill as a Co-worker would be able to but you can choose to allow them access to certain resources. A contact could be a non-collaborating person in your organisation, or an individual in one of your customer’s organisations.
For example (if using Service Manager), a contact can report and track Incidents and Service requests, by calling or emailing the Service Desk , or via Guest Access.
