Contact.png Contacts

A Contact is a type of user that cannot log in to Hornbill. A contact can still request service, and report Incidents, by calling or emailing the Service Desk or via the Customer Community Portal (CCP). They don't have the ability to collaborate within Hornbill as a Co-worker would be able to.

A contact could be a non-collaborating person in your organisation, or an individual in one of your customer’s organisations.
