Introduction

Hornbill Administration is an application used to administer your cloud instance of Hornbill and to access some of its advanced features. You can access Hornbill Administration from a web browser using the URL https://admin.hornbill.com/<instance-name>/ or select the Administration link from the Profile menu in the top right of the Hornbill client. The Administration option will only be visible if you have administration rights.

Features

The options for administration are split into two areas of configuration; Instance Configuration and Application Configuration.

The Search features lets you easily locate the different areas that are accessible to you within Administration

Cards

  • System
Select the System Card to manage your system preferences.

Select the Collaboration Card to manage all aspects of the
  • Add More Apps
For each App that you install, a matching card will be displayed to allow you to configure and setup aspects of that App.

Instance Configuration

Instance Configuration options include settings that are global to all the installed applications or contain features and utilities that are specific to your Instance.

Application Configuration

Each installed application will be available from the Configuration selector. Selecting an application allows you to configure settings and options for that specific application.
