Each Service Manager user has the ability to select which columns are visible on the request list. This is a per user setting so that each individual can have their own list.
- On the Request list tool bar select the Cog icon.
- The Customize Columns section is expanded
- To add a column to your list, drag and drop from the Available Columns list to the Displayed Columns list
- To remove a column from your list, drag and drop from the Displayed Columns list to the Available Columns list
- Click on Apply
- An option to Hide column on small screens is available for each column in the Displayed Columns list. By selecting this icon that column will be automatically hidden if move to a device with a smaller resolution
- Revert option will change back to the defaults.
