A Contact is a type of user that cannot log in to Hornbill. A contact can still request service, and report Incidents, by calling or emailing the Service Desk or via the Guest Access. They don't have the ability to collaborate within Hornbill as a Co-worker would be able to.
A contact could be a non-collaborating person in your organisation, or an individual in one of your customer’s organisations.
