  1. You should prepare a list of Co-workers (first name, last name) and their email addresses (TBC)
  2. Then launch the Hornbill Admin tool
  3. Use the Invite new Co-workers option in the Things to do window on the home page (details TBC) and invite other people who you want to work with.
  4. This will send them an email invitation which they should open and then follow instructions to create their own accounts (TBC).
