- Prepare a list of people you want to join as Co-workers (first name, last name) and their email addresses (TBC)
- Launch the Hornbill Admin tool
- Use the Invite new Co-workers option in the Things to do window on the home page (details TBC) and invite other people who you want to work with.
- This will send them an email invitation which they should open and then follow instructions to create your own account (TBC).
