There is a simple process for you to invite others to join you in Hornbill:-
- You should prepare a list of co-workers to collaborate with (first name, last name) and their email addresses (TBC)
- Launch the Hornbill Admin tool
- Use the Invite Users option in the Things to do window on the home page (details TBC)
- You can paste the list of e-mail addresses into a text box, choose the user template and hit the invite button
- Each new Co-worker will be e-mailed with a link and when they click the link they will be presented with a form for them to put in their basic details
- Once they hit enter, their account will be created and they can log in
