- You should prepare a list of co-workers to collaborate with (first name, last name) and their email addresses (TBC)
- Launch the Hornbill Admin tool
- Use the Invite Users option in the Things to do window on the home page (details TBC) and invite other people who you want to work with.
- This will send them an email invitation which they should open and then follow instructions to create their own accounts (TBC).
