In Hornbill it’s possible for you to modify data entry forms using a forms designer. As an Administrator , its possible to:-

Add new fields with data validation
Modify fields
Hide fields
Move fields
Remove fields – A custom field can removed using the remove option. Standard fields can’t be removed but can be hidden

- Amendments to fields are automatically available after an upgrade
