Overview
Project Time
The Project Time tab gives a high level summary of all time recorded against the project:
- Total Project Time.
- Details of the last timesheet value recorded against the project.
- A chart showing total project time per project stakeholder.
- Options to customise the chart appearance based on chart type and theme.
Settings
The Settings tab allows the project manager to set the default timesheet category and sub category values for the various project areas:
- The project in general
- Project Tasks
- Project Risks
Project Time Popup
In addition to the summary, it is also possible to view a more detailed breakdown of project time by clicking the chart icon to the right hand side of the window.
Time by Category/Sub Category
This chart breaks down all project time by category. Clicking on a category drills down and displays all the sub categories within the selected category. The chart can be customised by type and theme, based on individual user preferences.
Time by Area
This chart breaks down all project time by area (currently project, project tasks and project risks). The chart can be customised by type and theme, based on individual user preferences.
Time by Day
This chart breaks down all project time by day. The chart can be customised by type and theme, based on individual user preferences.
Timesheet Entries
This view shows all of the individual project timesheet entries for audit purposes.
Project Stakeholder Time Popup
