Adding RAG Tolerances to a project

Use the + icon to add a new project RAG tolerance

• RAG Tolerance: Add an entity for the new project RAG tolerance
• RAG Status: Select the status of the new project RAG tolerance
• Red Description: Provide a description of what a red status means for the new project RAG tolerance
• Amber Description: Provide a description of what a amber status means for the new project RAG tolerance
• Green Description: Provide a description of what a green status means for the new project RAG tolerance

Use the Add button to add the project RAG tolerance

Managing RAG tolerances on a project

Edit by clicking on the project RAG tolerance you wish to edit from the list view

• RAG Status: Update the status if required

List View

View all project RAG tolerances in list view

• RAG Tolerance: The name of the RAG tolerance
• Status: The status of the RAG tolerance
• Last Modified By: Who last modified the RAG tolerance status
• Last Modified Date: The date the RAG tolerance was last modified

• Click on a project RAG tolerance to review, or edit it's properties.
• Use the search option to find project RAG tolerances by their name

Administration

When project RAG tolerances are added, edited or removed this is audited and written to the audit trail tab of the overall project as well as against the audit tab on each RAG tolerance, where it can reviewed.

Add RAG tolerance templates so that you don't need to specify descriptions for each status in the admin console
