Introduction

Organisations are groups of contacts. They are usually your customers. They operate externally to Hornbill so can’t collaborate but can request service from you as a customer. Customer Manager allows organisations to be better managed so that you can improve the relationship you have with your customers.

Features

Add an Organisations Select Contact manager app on the navigation bar Select ‘All organisations’ button Select the ‘Create New Organisation’ button Complete all the relevant information you need including a logo if possible Select the ‘create’ button

Update and Organisation Find the organisation you want to update either alphabetically or by searching Edit the appropriate area using the 'edit' option Select 'save'

Delete an Organization Find the organisation you want to update either alphabetically or by searching Select the ‘delete’ button and then OK
