In Service Manager an asset can be added to the asset register in a number of ways:-

  1. As a Asset management admin, you can add assets by selecting Asset management (asset management) on the navigation bar and then Asset management. Use the ‘Add new asset’ symbol, complete the asset details and select the ‘add asset’ button.
  2. As a Asset management admin, you can add assets using Asset management (asset management) on the navigation bar and then administration. Select ‘Add new asset’ option for the asset type you require. Complete the details and then ‘Add asset’
  3. As a Co-worker with Service manager who has access to Self Service, launch Self Service from the Self Service (Self Service) on the navigation bar. Then select ‘My Assets’ and ‘Register my own device’, complete details and then save.
