Hornill Switch On - Shared Webinars

As part of your Switch On, Hornbill present a number of webinars to assist Hornbill Administrators understand and become aware of various concepts, features and functionality that is available upon the Hornbill Platform. These webinars are in the form of a GoTo meeting session, where you simply register within the slot that suits you, and a Hornbill Product Specialist will guide you through the content of that session. As these are shared "Knowledge Transfer" webinars, there may be other delegates from other organisations also viewing the same session. However, your Product Specialist will also be running a number of "Personal Sessions" with only your organisation/staff, to focus on your specific configuration. These will be scheduled outside of the below webinars. Every webinar will present you with the opportunity to ask questions throughout, as well as some time for Q&A at the end of the session. Each webinar will also be recorded, and made available for you to download and watch again at your own convenience.

Registering

We have five sessions that we suggest you register for:

1. An Introduction to Hornbill (Day 1 of your Switch On)
2. Business Process and Progressive Capture
3. Self Service Portals and Asset Management
4. Hornbill Collaboration features and Advanced Service Manager Functionality
5. Dashboards and Reporting

We would highly recommend you schedule at least the first 3 sessions for the first week of your Switch On. Even better is if you have the availability to schedule all 5 for the first week, however this is not necessary - you can schedule the others for when best suits you.

Simply click the "Register" button for each session and you will be directed to the GoTo Webinar page for that session which will ask you for your details and allow you to add the placeholder into your calendar.
