Hornbill Switch On - Shared Webinars

As part of your Switch On, Hornbill presents a number of webinars to assist Hornbill Administrators understand and become aware of various concepts, features and functionality that is available within the Hornbill Platform. Simply register within the slot that suits you, and a Hornbill Product Specialist will guide you through the content of that session. As these are shared "Knowledge Transfer" webinars, these are applicable to all customers and there may be many people subscribed to that session at once. However, your Product Specialist will also be running a number of "Personal Sessions" with only your organisation/staff, to focus on your specific configuration. These will be scheduled outside of the below webinars. If you have any questions regarding the content of the webinars, you can search the Hornbill Wiki, or post them to the Hornbill Forums (https://forums.hornbill.com/) where the whole team here at Hornbill will be able to reply and assist - and you may even get assistance from the rest of our community i.e. other Hornbill subscribers, where configuration methods and ideas are often shared. Each webinar will also be made available for you to watch again at your own convenience.

Hornbill Trained for Life

As part of Hornbill's "Trained for Life" guarantee, all Hornbill subscribers also have the option to register for any of these sessions at any point. For example, if you have a new starter looking to get to grips with Hornbill Administration, want to learn about a particular new feature or some functionality, or you simply require a refresher in a particular area, Hornbill's "Trained for Life" gives you the benefit of joining these knowledge transfer sessions alongside the Wiki documentation that is available to all and constantly updated.

Registering

We have six knowledge transfer webinars that we suggest you register for:

  1. An Introduction to Hornbill (Day 1 of your Switch On)
  2. Business Process and Progressive Capture
  3. Request Catalog and Portals
  4. Asset and Config Manager
  5. Hornbill Collaboration features and Advanced Service Manager Functionality
  6. Dashboards and Reporting

We would highly recommend you schedule at least the first 3 webinars for the first week of your Switch On. Even better is if you have the availability to schedule all 6 for the first week, however this is not necessary - you can schedule the others for when best suits you.

The timetable below shows our weekly schedule of webinars. For each session, simply click the orange "Register to attend" button and you will be directed to relevant landing page for that topic - and from there, select the time slot best for you, and enter your details. Once submitted you should be presented with an option to add that session into your calendar.

Please ensure you that you register for each of the 6 webinars.
