Introduction

For those only requiring the essential elements to perform an evaluation of Hornbill, no additional effort would be required. We do however understand that not all customers are the same and for some, more in-depth assistance will be requested.

The Switch-On Plus service aims to accommodate those situations where:-

• Requirements Capture Session - It is essential that all the Services and Processes are configured shortly after the standard Switch-On and so a set of Requirements Capture sessions must be completed ahead of the implementation. Equally, it may be that additional effort is required once the implementation is complete to continue to configure and get Hornbill ready for Go Live

• Data Imports - Data is required from multiple sources and so it is essential that the effort to configure imports is understood as well providing a plan and resource to deliver the effort after the implementation

• Business Process - Complex Business Processes are undocumented or out of date and a resource is required to facilitate a set of Business Process related sessions prior to the commencement of the implementation

• Education - Education, due to the lack of resource, must be addressed either upfront or planned to take place shortly after the trial period is complete

• Integration - Integration is a key part of your business model and ensuring that those integrations can still be utilised is an essential part of your evaluation

All the above scenarios and possibly more will warrant the need to engage with Hornbill in an Expert Services capacity. The activities must be independent of the standard Switch-On and therefore can only take place before, or, once you have agreed to become a Hornbill customer and begin your paid subscription, after the Implementation.

Hornbill’s Expert Services team will consider your specific requirements and provide a cost as well as a suitable schedule to deliver your specific needs. All the while ensuring that you still benefit from the 30-Day Trial and Switch-On activities.
