How does Hornbill's Bespoke Implementation work?

Through the bespoke option, we can create a set of activities to achieve the desired outcome and by the desired date. These must be created and agreed with the Product Specialist team. In addition, your Primary Product Specialist may choose to utilise multiple Product Specialists (subject to planning and resource availability) to expedite the configuration of your Hornbill Instance, ensuring that the work is completed by the time agreed.

Hornbill's Bespoke Implementation Approach

Capture
The Capture stage of Hornbill's bespoke implementation approach. During this stage your Hornbill Product Specialist will take what has already been learned and document the work package required to deliver a ready to use system according to your requirements. This part of the approach will concentrate on gathering the information required to create a Bespoke set of activities. Although both onsite and remote sessions can be used to complete this, it is more efficient to use small and more precise remote sessions with the different areas of your business. The work package document will include activities for both Hornbill and your stakeholders as well as collaborative sessions that will require your presence to ensure that you have been provided with essential information about your Hornbill Instance.

Define
The Define stage of Hornbill's bespoke implementation approach. Your Hornbill Product Specialist will take you through the work packages, created during the Capture stage, to ensure that our understanding of what is required is correct. Once signed off your Product Specialist will build a bespoke schedule of activities (sessions) and allocate resource to complete them.

Deliver
The Deliver stage of Hornbill's bespoke implementation approach. During this stage your Primary Product Specialist will coordinate with you to ensure the execution of the activities defined. It may be necessary to collaboratively work on areas in this phase to ensure correctness of delivery as well as encourage self-sufficiency. The engagement management part of this activity will ensure that you are kept up-to-date with the activities completed and those that remain outstanding.

Review
The Review stage of Hornbill's bespoke implementation approach. Throughout the process, you will be given access to the Instance as well as be presented with work packages that have been completed. Once the work package is completed you would be expected to perform standard checks to ensure that the work has been completed as per the respective work package. This phase will primarily concentrate on an overall review to ensure that nothing has been missed. It may, therefore, be necessary to revisit an area that had not been fully completed as per the details in the work package.
