Service manager provides an interface for Co-workers to ask for help in a structured way from the Service desk without calling or emailing. You can launch Self Service using the ring icon (Sel Service) on the navigation bar. Progressive capture is used to gather details about what is wanted and create the relevant request. This is usually an incident or a service request. Co-workers can also track any requests that have been created for them (by any means).
