Introduction
Hornbill Administration is an application used to administer your cloud instance of Hornbill and to access some of its advanced features. Within Administration, you can take a quick tour of the functions by selecting the coffee cup located in the top right, which will guide you through the main features.
Access
There are two ways to access Administration
1.) You can directly access Hornbill Administration using a URL
- Enter the URL in your browser - https://admin.hornbill.com/<instance-name>/
- You will be asked for your credentials
- Your user name
- Your password
2.) You can access Hornbill Administration from the User App
- Select the Administration menu item from the Hornbill user app menu located in the top right of the browser window
- The account that you are currently signed into Hornbill user app will be used for authentication into Administration
Administration rights and roles are required to access Hornbill Administration.
