Introduction

Hornbill Administration is an application used to administer your cloud instance of Hornbill and to access some of its advanced features. Administration rights and roles are required to access Hornbill Administration. Within Administration, you can take a quick tour of the functions by selecting the coffee cup coffee cup located in the top right, which will guide you through the main features.

Access

There are two ways to access Administration

You can access Hornbill Administration at https://admin.hornbill.com/<instance-name>'

You will be asked for your credentials

  • Your account name
  • Your password

or, provided that you have the rights to access features within Administration an Administration menu item will be available from the User App profile menu.
