Introduction
The System page offers quick access to some of the common configurations for your instance. System settings are global to all the installed applications or contains features and utilities that are specific to your Instance. Configure everything from setting up your Organizational structure including the users, departments, and teams that will be using Hornbill and their rights to what they can access down to setting up mailboxes, webhook integration, and down to the finite system settings
Features
The availability of each of the following features is dependent on rights set against each user's profile.
Organizational Data
Here you will find everything to do with getting your users into Hornbill and giving them access to the different aspects of Hornbill. Your organizational structure can be defined by its different levels of logical groups as well as defining the physical sites.
Security
The security option allow you to configure Single Sign-on authentication using SAML and integrating it with your security provider such as ADSF.
